4 Handle Sound Effects Strategically

Sound effects (SFX) in manga are deeply integrated into the artwork. You have three options: translate and replace them (most work), add small English text nearby (moderate work), or leave them untranslated (least work). Most scanlation teams use a mix depending on how important the SFX is to understanding the scene.

5 Quality Check Before Publishing
